SAP Interface :

Attendance Software (Win32 Application, SQL Server Database Backend) connects to the Attendance Readers across the Network and downloads the Logs Stored in Reader Memory. While downloading, it connects to the SAP Temporary table using RFC written at SAP end by SAP IT Team.

So as to connect to the RFC, an Object for SAP. Functions is created in the Windows Application. This object accepts below parameters.

• User
• Password
• Client Id
• Application Server IP Address
• Language
• System
• System Number
• CodePage

Using these parameters, Object Logs on and Calls the Function Written at SAP end and adds new records to the temporary Table which is further processed at SAP.

WorkFlow Interface :

WorkFlow System is interfaced with Attendance Management for Leave Module. All the Leaves entered in the Work flow are available in Server path in XLS format on a monthly basis. WebSmart imports these data to the Centralized database and Employees can view their Time Card updated with the leaves applied in WorkFlow.
